Bristol built her foundation in broadcast, delivering nearly three decades of on-air and brand leadership across multiple markets while consistently maintaining top ratings—regardless of format. During her tenure with K945, she created and led the highly successful K945 Listener Lounges, a free community concert series that featured national artists including Kelly Rowland, Good Charlotte, Natasha Bedingfield, and Sean Paul. The series became a standout example of experiential marketing, deepening listener loyalty while creating high-value engagement opportunities for advertisers.

Her ability to shape markets extends beyond programming. Bristol played a key role in introducing and popularizing the term “SBC” within the Shreveport-Bossier region, helping unify the business community under a stronger, more cohesive identity—an impact that continues to influence branding and regional positioning today.

Her efforts also contributed to significant year-over-year donor growth and expanded community awareness for the organization’s mission.

Now as Managing Partner of Green Growth Group, a division of Bearing Service and Supply, Bristol helps businesses scale through strategic marketing, digital infrastructure, and high-impact visibility. From building content ecosystems and managing multi-platform campaigns to launching digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising networks, she focuses on connecting businesses to the right audiences—and the right opportunities.

Her passion for service extends to hands-on involvement with GREAT (Great Results Equine Assisted Therapies), Warrior Horse, and as Co-Founder of Hero Horse Therapeutic Riding Center.
